Easy Parfait -

Course Breakfast
Total Time 10 minutes


  • 2-3¬† Bananas¬†Sliced
  • Handful of fresh dates chopped. I used Algerian Deglet Nour but any is fine
  • 1 Cup Porridge oats
  • 2 Weetabix
  • Honey
  • Natural yoghurt
  • Summer berries or any fruit you fancy
  • Mixed chopped or whole nuts


  1. There's no real method, you can be as creative as you like! Grab some large glasses & gather ingredients and add them layer by layer. I started with the Weetabix crushed, then berries, yoghurt, honey, banana chopped dates & nuts. Then a layer of porridge, more berries, yoghurt & repeat until you've filled the glass with as many alternate layers as possible.

Recipe Notes

I tend to put the sweet stuff like honey, dates and berries on top of the weetabix & porridge as they have no real flavour on their own.... that's It! Pop In the fridge overnight & enjoy for your suhoor (pre-fasting meal) before Fajr (dawn) prayer.
