Blueberries, Cranberries, Sour Cherries, Mango, Apricots, Figs, Sultanas, Dates, the choice is yours
Quality Cocoa Powder
Preheat the oven.
Place the porridge oats, nuts and seeds if using in your largest roasting tray. Mix & roast for 15 minutes, stirring halfway.
Stir the dried fruit, cocoa into the mix, finely grate over the orange zest, then, in batches, simply blitz to a rough powder in a food processor.
You can either have it with cold milk or natural yogurt, & fresh fruit. You can make porridge & top with fresh fruit, add it to parfait & many other possibilities.
