A Middle Eastern snack/appetizer that can be filled with anything!
bring the dough around the filling into a ball and flatten again then put on baking tray. Brush with olive oil, add zatar and a bit more cheese on the top and press it in (otherwise they will slip off) and flatten/stretch once again with your fingers.
Think pizza when making these, Bake till light golden brown (My oven was 12-13 minutes)
